Thank you for the hop. Yes I believe that Kallen should have lied it seems as if he didn't he wouldn't have lived. So if it's a matter of life and death lie to survive.

His reasons sound perfectly justifiable...especially in a bad regime, protecting yourself is important.

Yes, he should be forgiven. In his situation most people would lie to save their lives. I think given the circumstances and that he didn't actually hurt anyone, forgiveness is a definite possibility. [email protected]

I do think he should be forgiven. It is hard to survive and sometimes lies are needed when survival is at stake. Lorn should be able to come up with a punishment if he does not agree.

Yes. Everyone deserves to be forgiven because we are all bound to make mistakes. It doesn't mean that what he did was right though. And besides what was the real reason he did what he did? To survive. And wouldn't we all do whatever it takes to survive?

yes, no choice to survive 5/1/2014 03:52:27 pm
I think he should. He had to choose the lesser of two evils and shouldn't be punished for that.

He should be forgiven because he was feeling guilty for what he did. So, it's easy to conclude that he's a good m,an at heart. Also, he was forced to lie, not that it was his intention. A man should be judged not by his action but by his intention.
